Approach

Welcome! I’m so glad you are here. My practice focuses on viewing the whole person, including their childhood, relationships, environment, mental and physical health. In our therapy sessions you may see me referencing attachment theories and person-in-environment theory. I don’t rely on one specific modality to guide therapy. I use a combination of skills I’ve acquired from several modalities including CBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and person-centered. Therapy is individualized for each person, and I think of our sessions as a team effort. We can work together to adjust therapy for you.

Telehealth therapy

Telehealth throughout the state of Washington. No need to stress about traffic, transportation, or running out of “spoons” for the day. All of your appointments will take place from the comfort of your home.

Nature-based therapy

Therapy that takes place outdoors in Seattle, WA. This may be a good option for those who want to incorporate the natural world into their sessions. NBT can include mindfulness exercises, sensory awareness activities, and movement. NBT is utilized when the therapist determines it is appropriate for the client’s goals and growth.
