Mental healthcare that recognizes your unique needs.

Chronic Illness and Chronic Pain

Many individuals with chronic illness and/or chronic pain may deal with trauma from misdiagnosis, late diagnosis, or lack of diagnosis. They may struggle with the stress of an overwhelming amount of doctor appointments and extended hospital stays. In addition, those with “invisible” conditions may feel invalidated and not have adequate support from friends and family.

Being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world can create challenges in everyday life that individuals have to navigate. Neurodivergent individuals may confront lack of accessibility, struggle with advocating for accommodations, learning social norms, and feeling understood. They may experience difficulties with employment, school, and relationships.

Those who identify as LGBTQIA2+tend to be at a higher risk of mental health concerns. They may battle with judgement, discrimination, and harassment. Some may not have support from friends or family. They may be dealing with the stress of “coming out” and feeling accepted for who they are.

LGBTQIA2+

I’m able to provide therapy to those 13 and over, including couples. I’m experienced with the management of life stressors, transitions, anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and attachment issues. My sessions are a safe space for sex workers, women identifying individuals, those in polyamorous relationships, BIPOC, and all others.
